Description

  • Private Transfer from Hurghada, Marsa Alam, Safaga to Luxor | Return by a vip car, Luxury Minibus. (there is an icebox in the car containing soft drinks, mineral water and some snacks) – Also you can choose the trip to be either a direct trip or with breaks / rests in between .

Itinerary:

Day 1 details:

  • The tour begins with a guided tour by a qualified Egyptologist to the Karnak Temples Complex, which is the largest temple in Egyptian history, and it was dedicated to the worship of the god Amun as its head. You will also be able to go to the Great Hypostyle Hall in the Precinct of Amun-Re with 134 massive columns arranged in 16 rows. You will also have the opportunity to see the sacred lake in the Precinct of Mut, which is constructed in a crescent shape and is more than 3000 years old and until now its water has not dried up. You can take wonderful photographs from this fascinating historical site as well , also we can visit the Luxor temple wonder temple with massive statues of king Ramses the Great .
  • While you are next to the banana island, you will have a motorboat tour in the longest Nile in the world while enjoying the awe-inspiring natural sights and flying birds in the sky from the water . .
  • We arrive then to the Banana island which is located in the middle of the Nile River, and there you will be able to see a lot of natural sights. Then you will have another special tour, food tour! By having a beautiful Egyptian lunch.
  • We will return back by the motorboat and then we will have a tour in the Valley of the Kings . (where the majority of the royal tombs are situated) . Valley of the Kings is a treasure trove of archaeological wonders, containing 62 royal tombs and chambers that are filled with art and hieroglyphics. You will be visiting 3 of the royal tombs and you can also see King Tutankhamun’s tomb —the most famous sight in the valley— for an additional charge.
  • Then you will have a chance to visit the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut which is a mortuary temple built during the reign of Pharaoh Hatshepsut of the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt that ruled Egypt for over 20 years. You will be in a stunned disbelief by the epic architecture and design of this temple since this temple is the only surviving temple of this unique architectural heritage. Her tomb lies inside the same massif capped by El Qurn, a pyramid for her mortuary complex.
  • You will finally see the Colossi of Memnon which are two massive stone statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III, which stand at the front of the ruined Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III. These massive fascinating statues contain 107 Roman-era inscriptions in Greek and Latin!
  • Returning to your hotel in Hurghada, Marsa Alam or Safaga.

Für einen Ausflug mit Familie und Freunde sehr gut geeignet. Die Organisation war top, wir wurden abgeholt in Hurgada und durften die Fahrt nach Luxor in einem sauberen und klimatisierten Bus geniessen. Wie in der Beschreibung konnten wir kühles Wasser, auch Süssgetränke, und von Snacks profitieren und geniessen. Die Führung startete mit dem Karnak-Tempel mit guter geschichtlicher Informationen und angenehme Begleitung durch die Geschichte Ägyptens. Weiter ging es auf dem Nil mit dem Boot, was für ein Erlebnis! Das Essen auf der Insel war fantastisch, die Gastfreundschaft und das Restaurant war sensationell. Nach der Nil-Fahrt durften wir eine kurze Strecke im gekühlten Bus geniessen. Angekommen im Tal der Könige, wo wir mit Regen empfangen wurden. (Was für ein Erlebnis) Die Geschichte der Könige habe ich so noch nicht kennengelernt. Man bekommt wieder neue Informationen, welche unser Reiseführer erzählt. Mit viel Engagement und Motivation durften wir seine Fachkompetenz in seinem Element erfahren. nach der Besichtigung der Gräber im Tal der Könige gingen wir statt in den Totentempel der Hatschepsut in den Tempel von Ramses 3 besichtigen. Ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Viele farbige Hieroglyphen sind anzutreffen und wieder eine eindrückliche Geschichte dahinter. Man sagt; "Der Weg ist das Ziel", denn der ganze Tag habe ich sehr genossen, jede Busfahrt, die Gesellschaft, die Historie, die Begleitung, viele Eindrücke lassen mich in den Erinnerungen schwelgen. Ich würde es sofort wieder tun und auch weiterempfehlen. Wir haben noch eine Reise nach Kairo gebucht - auch mit Reiseführer AWAD.
